Custom web applications — your processes in one interface

Your business deserves better than a shared spreadsheet.

Spreadsheets renamed "database", lost emails, appointments written on the corner of a notepad: an SME's operations often rest on fragile shortcuts. NEXUS AGENCE builds custom web applications — business forms, dashboards, client and inventory management, integrations — so information lives in one place, with controlled access, tested backups and upkeep over time.

Scoping → prototype → iterations → production · fixed-price quote before the first line of code · 50% / 50% payment

Business formsA form that follows your real logic: conditional fields, attachments, validation.
DashboardsThe day's numbers on one page: orders, inventory, appointments, overdue follow-ups.
Online bookingA calendar built on your real availability, with automatic confirmations and reminders.
Centralized dataClients, orders and inventory in one database instead of ten files that drift apart.
IntegrationsIMAP email, n8n, APIs: the application talks to the tools you already use.
Security & backupsNamed accounts, roles, action logs, encryption and backups that were actually restored.

What we build

Three needs that come up again and again.

Most SMEs don't need multinational software: they need the right information in the right place, available to the right person, at the moment the work happens. These three modules cover the majority of situations — and they combine into a single application.

Module 01data entry

Business forms

Paper, phone calls and email become one entry point: the client fills it in, you receive a complete, filed request.

  • Conditional fields based on the type of request.
  • Attachments (photos, PDFs, plans) kept with the file.
  • Data validation before saving, so records stay usable.
  • Automatic delivery to the right recipient, with an archive copy.
  • CSV or PDF export for accounting and insurance.
Module 02oversight

Dashboard

No more opening four files to answer "where do we stand". Management sees the real state of the shop, the counter or the clinic.

  • Daily counters: requests received, in progress, completed.
  • List of overdue follow-ups, with owner and due date.
  • Filters by period, service or employee.
  • Read-only access for management, with no risk of accidental edits.
Module 03calendar

Online booking

Clients book themselves against your real availability, with no email back-and-forth and no double bookings.

  • Calendar tied to opening hours and available resources.
  • Email confirmation and a reminder before the appointment.
  • Reschedule or cancel in one click, freeing the slot immediately.
  • Internal note and client history attached to the appointment.

Data and integrations

One source of truth, wired into your tools.

A useful application doesn't live in a silo: it connects to what you already use and replaces what costs you time. Anything beyond the agreed scope is named and priced before it gets built.

Managementclients & inventory

Client and inventory management

Client records, service history and stock quantities live in the same application as requests and appointments.

  • Client record with contact details, history and attached documents.
  • Inventory with quantities, reorder thresholds and a traced movement log.
  • Instant search by name, file number or service.
  • Role-based access: everyone sees what they need, nothing more.
  • Full data export at any time, in a readable format.
IntegrationsIMAP · n8n · API

Email, n8n and API integrations

The application reads your inbox, triggers automations and stays connected to your other systems — with no re-typing.

  • IMAP email: every incoming message becomes a tracked file, attachments included.
  • n8n: automation scenarios for follow-ups, weekly reports and data synchronization.
  • API: connection to accounting, online payments or your existing website.
  • No third-party service is added without your written approval, and every integration is documented.
Infrastructure1st year included

Hosting and backups

The application runs on managed infrastructure, with the domain and hosting covered for the first year.

  • Active HTTPS certificate with automated renewal.
  • Daily backups and a tested restore, not just a promise.
  • Availability monitoring, with an alert when something breaks.
  • Details on managed hosting and 3-2-1 backups.

Application security

Access is granted, verified and revoked.

As soon as an application holds clients, prices or files, security stops being a technical detail. It is built in from the start, then maintained over time, just like a cybersecurity practice.

Security 01identity

Sign-in and roles

Everyone gets their own account: no more shared password, no session left open at the counter. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text, and access is revoked in a minute on someone's last day.

Security 02traceability

Action logs

Every creation, edit or deletion is timestamped and tied to an account. When a record is in doubt, you know who changed what and when — a consultable, exportable log that settles the discussion before it escalates.

Security 03data at rest

Encryption

Transport is encrypted end to end (HTTPS), sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and no confidential detail travels in plain text inside notification emails: they invite you to open the application rather than copying the file.

Security 04upkeep

Monthly maintenance

An application gets patched, monitored and adjusted. The upkeep plan covers updates, security patches, backups and small changes — cancellable month to month, with no forced renewal. See the package grid.

The method

Scoping → prototype → iterations → production.

No line of code is written before the scope is set down in writing. Each stage produces something you can read, test or correct — and the price stays the one on the signed quote.

Stage 1scoping

Scoping

One or two meetings, on site or by video: together we describe the current process, the roles, the data and the pain points. You have nothing to prepare — the real work is the starting point. The output is a clear scope note: what gets built, what doesn't, and the fixed-price quote that goes with it.

Stage 2prototype

Prototype

Clickable screens filled with your real data (anonymized where needed), tested by two or three people who do the work every day. This is the cheapest moment to move a field or drop a screen: everything is still easy to change.

Stage 3iterations

Iterations

Building proceeds in short deliveries: each round is tested by you on a staging environment, commented in one pass, then approved. You see real progress instead of a reassuring status report. Requests that fall outside the scope are priced before they are added.

Stage 4production

Production

Go-live after your sign-off, team training on day-to-day tasks, short written documentation, backups and monitoring enabled. A shakedown period follows the launch: adjustments during that window are part of the mandate.

Pricing

Official prices, published up front.

The front-end site that goes with the application follows the grid shown on this site: $500, $1,200 or $1,500. The application work itself is then quoted at a fixed price after scoping — every screen, integration and access rule is listed in the quote before work starts, with no hourly billing and no surprise at the end.

Frequently asked

What we're asked before we start.

What does an application cost?

The front-end site that goes with it follows the official grid published on this site: $500, $1,200 or $1,500. The application work itself is quoted at a fixed price after scoping, and that amount is written in the quote before the first line is written. If a need appears along the way, it is priced before it is built. Monthly upkeep is $59.99 per month.

How long before the first version?

The schedule is set during scoping and written into the quote: every stage has its date, from prototype to go-live. The prototype arrives before construction, the first usable version follows the iterations, and you know in advance when the team will be able to work with it. No mandate drags on without you knowing why.

Does my data stay mine?

Yes. Your data remains your property: hosted on NEXUS AGENCE's managed infrastructure or on your own, as the quote specifies. A full export is handed over at the end of the mandate in a readable format — you are not dependent on the vendor to walk away with your files.

Does it replace my accounting or my current software?

No, and that's not the goal. The application handles the work those tools do badly: requests, appointments, inventory and file tracking. For accounting or payroll, it connects through an API or an export, so your data is only entered once.

Do you work with the tools I already use?

Yes: IMAP email, n8n for automations, APIs for in-house systems, CSV export for everything else. No technology is imposed to look good on a sales page; every piece is chosen because it solves a specific problem, and that is explained in your words before anything gets built.

What happens if I stop the maintenance?

The site and the application keep running. What stops is upkeep: updates, security patches, monitored backups and small changes. You keep access to the application and to your data, and you can resume maintenance later without rebuilding anything.
