Free quote

Describe your project in two minutes.

Only four required fields: name, email, target package, message. The "Send" button opens your email client with the request already written — nothing goes through a third-party server.

Target package

Line-by-line details on the Services & packages page. Not sure? Pick the closest — we'll adjust together on the first call.

The button opens your email client with the message ready to go to [email protected]. No email configured on this device? Call 438-883-7542.

Why this information is requested: solely to reply to your inquiry and prepare your quote. It is used for nothing else — never sold, never shared, never added to a mailing list. Should the agency ever email you for commercial purposes, it would be with your consent, with the sender clearly identified and an easy way to unsubscribe, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

And then?

What happens when you hit "Send".

Four steps, no grey zone. You always know where the project stands — and what it costs you — before spending a dollar beyond the first instalment.

Step 1day 0

The conversation

Your message arrives, I reply within 1 business day. We chat for 15 to 20 minutes — phone or video: your customers, your services, what your site must accomplish. It's free, and there's nothing to prepare.

Step 2day 1–2

Quote + mockup

A firm quote within 24 h, then the homepage mockup within 48 business hours of the order and the first 50% instalment. You comment, I adjust.

Step 3week 1

The build

Pages are written by hand and tested on phone and desktop: links, images, readability, speed. You see the progress, not just the outcome.

Step 4deployment

Online — then the balance

Launch on your domain. You approve the site in production, and only then is the second 50% instalment due. Hosting and domain: covered for the first year.

About

"NEXUS AGENCE" is one guy: Tommy Lafrance.

I'm self-taught. I learned the web with my hands in it: build, break, fix, repeat — over a decade of code, servers and 2 a.m. patches. No wall of framed diplomas here: a track record of things shipped, still running.

Before founding the agency — and still today alongside it — I work in cyber-security: I hunt vulnerabilities in applications through bug bounty programmes, under the public handle @cypher-kaiser — ranked on the "H1" leaderboard of the responsible-disclosure platform. Plainly put: I get paid to find the holes before the wrong people do. That discipline shapes every site I ship — fast, clean, and noticeably harder to break than average.

Why small businesses first? Because the big agencies serve the big budgets, and meanwhile the corner restaurant settles for a Facebook page that loads badly on a phone. A Quebec SME doesn't need a monster platform: it needs an honest storefront, findable on Google, that makes the phone ring. That's exactly what I build — a segment the $15,000 firms knowingly ignore, and I deliberately serve.

I'm from Montreal, and the agency also serves Laval, Longueuil and Terrebonne. You talk with me from the first call to deployment — not a project manager relaying notes.

And the honest approach isn't a landing-page slogan: prices are published on this site ($500, $1,200, $1,500, maintenance $59.99/mo), payment is split into two logical instalments, hosting and domain are covered for the first year, and there are no fake customer reviews nor made-up "featured" projects here. When something is worth saying on this site, it's true. Otherwise, it isn't there.

Frequently asked

What people ask me before writing.

How fast will I get an answer?

Within 1 business day, guaranteed — and if you call between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays, it's often immediate. The form and the phone end up in the same place: my inbox, read by me.

How does payment work, exactly?

Two instalments: 50% on order — which starts the 48-hour mockup — and 50% after deployment, once the site is live and you've approved it. No other payment exists before delivery, and the maintenance plan ($59.99/mo) stays optional.

Are hosting and the domain name complicated to manage?

No — the agency handles them and covers them for the first year. The domain is registered, the hosting configured, the first year's renewals taken care of. From year two, we simply talk about it, with no surprises.

I don't know which package to check in the form.

Check the closest to your situation — package 2 (service site, $1,200) is the most chosen by service businesses. On the first call we confirm together; if your real need is the $500 one-pager, that's the one you'll be invoiced. Never the reverse without your agreement.

Do you work in French and in English?

Yes — the agency replies in your language, and your pages can exist in a French and an English version. This very site proves it: the "FR" button at the bottom right shows the French mirror of every page.

Does my message travel to some server somewhere?

No. The form drafts an email in your mail client (via a mailto: link), addressed to [email protected]. No data is sent to a third-party server nor stored by the site — what you see in your client is exactly what leaves.

Shall we start?

A 15-minute call can replace three weeks of hesitation.

Free, no commitment, in French or in English. You leave with an honest opinion — even if the answer is "you don't need a site right now".
