Privacy policy

Version of September 30, 2026. It explains what this site collects, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights (Quebec Law 25; PIPEDA for cross-province exchanges).

1. What this site collects

Only what you give us. The quote form collects: name, email, phone (optional), company name and project description. If you write by email or call, we keep a record of the exchange to follow up your file.

No account, no profiling. This site asks for no registration and uses no advertising tracker. No data is sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

2. Why (and for how long)

  • To answer your quote request: kept up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, except for an invoice or active agreement (10 years, accounting evidence).
  • To deliver your mandate: project files (copy, supplied photos, code) are kept during the maintenance term or for 12 months after delivery to help with assistance; on request we hand them over and erase them.
  • Minimal technical records: server logs (anonymized IP, timestamp) kept at most 72 hours, for security and diagnostics.

3. Cookies and third-party tools

The site runs essentially without cookies: no blocking banner because there is nothing to consent to — no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no externally fetched font. If a tool with trackers is ever added (e.g. an embedded Google map), it will be activated cookie-less and this policy will be updated before.

4. Your rights (Law 25)

At any time, free of charge and by simple email, you can:

  • request access to the information we hold about you;
  • request a correction;
  • request deletion of your file;
  • withdraw your consent (unsubscribe);
  • request portability of your data (readable format).

Reply within 10 business days. To exercise them: [email protected] (subject: "Data access"). A mailing address is provided on request — NEXUS AGENCE runs virtually; the publisher's address is protected by a mailbox service.

5. Security

Encrypted transfers (HTTPS, TLS), app password for email, encrypted local backup, and no sensitive health, credit or government identity data is ever requested. In case of an incident affecting your information, you would be notified in writing within 72 h, with what happened and what to do.

6. Clients (sites we build)

For sites delivered to clients, NEXUS AGENCE is not responsible for processing their visitors' data. Still, every client site ships with a compliant privacy policy as a gift (bilingual FR/EN), and NEXUS AGENCE applies the same rigour: minimal collection, transparency, security by default.
